I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this place AT ALL. We recently bought 2 vehicles, at the same time. We received the tags for one vehicle but not the other. When we asked why, we were told that we needed to pay the tax on one of our trade-in vehicles before the State would issue a plate. (Keep in mind - WE had to reach out when the temp tag was due to be expired - THEY DID NOT CONTACT US). I was amazed about how great my first service was at the dealership. I recently purchased my Jeep Cherokee from this dealership and was there on Saturday (10/5/24) for service. Josh was the service director and was amazing. The car was done quicker than the time they mentioned, the waiting room was very nice (even had vending machines) and I was so impressed with the overall service.

I called to schedule an oil changed and was told it was still free under my warranty. To my surprise it was $275.00. I was told the call center got it wrong. No additional opportunity to make it right. Just pay and move on. My appointment was 11:40 and I didnāt leave until 1:30. I left thinking never again will I take my car to this dealership.

Thanks to their dedicated service, my 2010 Dodge Journey has lasted all these years. My last visit in September required my air conditioner to be repaired. They discovered the part I need was no longer being made. They spent two weeks looking for a replacement part, found one, made the repair and sent me on my way. I can't say enough about their excellent service and dedication to customer satisfaction .

When I dropped off my truck the service department only told me they would call me once they looked at it. I received a call and was advised that I would have to take the truck to a body shop to have it repaired. At this time it was never mentioned that there would be a diagnostic charge. I was advised of the charge when I picked up my truck and when the advisor realized my upset about the charge and not being told they then told me they had a body shop that could preform the repair. Oxmoor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram went WAY above and beyond in our experience. They were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. We were the family stranded on a holiday trip and Oxmoor Chrysler, specifically two individuals, went out of their way to help us. Had new brakes and rotors put on my vehicle and they have been squeaking very loudly for 7 months now. Have brought it in multiple times complaining of how loud they squeak and Jade continues to tell me that āitās just the way new brakes are made.ā This isnāt my vehicle or my first time getting new brakes put on one. Iāve never had an issue with squeaking brakes 7 months after having them put on. They donāt care about your vehicle as long as they get their moneys worth.

They were prompt, communicative and helpful through the buying process. This is the second vehicle we have bought and would buy another.

I cannot state how quickly the negotiation process went online. The responses were quick, and I the price settled upon was fair. I drove almost 100 miles for the vehicle and was not aggravated or upset on the drive home in my new vehicle. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end.
