I had the worst thing imaginable happen when I was on vacation in Kentucky visiting family. My car hydroplaned on i-65 and hit a concrete guardrail at highway speed. The SUV was totalled and we tried every rental car place from Ft. Knox to Lexington to get a 1 way rental back to Florida. Nobody had anything they would let go one way. We were in a real bind! We decided that buying a new vehicle was our best move since we were going to have to buy something else anyway. I found a gorgeous, fully loaded brand new 2026 Ram RHO sitting on the lot at Oxmoor CJDR in Louisville. I went in thinking there was no way we could get that truck because we had very little to put down because we had spent most of our savings on the trip. I explained my situation and the Oxmoor team went to work! It took them all day, but they got me a deal I could afford and I drove that beautiful Ram RHO back home and I couldn't be happier with it and Oxmoor. If you are in the area and need a car - go see these guys they will fight like tigers to get you what you want with terms you can afford. They saved the day for me and my family. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. They are awesome!!!

I had a CPO vehicle in mind that my wife might like, once on the lot there was another that struck her eye. We were allowed an extended test drive, brought the vehicle back, decided against the test driven vehicle. My wife really liked it, the price was super competitive and AJ was able to have his second in person sale. Took my Wrangler 4xe in for service. It took longer than expected, but the communication was great. Our service advisor, Amanda was very responsive and answered all questions within a reasonable amount of time. I’m just happy to have the Jeep back. I would recommend Oxmoor Jeep to anyone.

Unbelievable! Folks I’m not an expert mechanic I don’t know every trick in the book but I do know if you don’t put the right transmission fluid in your vehicle you’re going to have trouble. So I have 1996 jeep Cherokee and it needs its transmission fluid changed problem for me the original fluid has been discontinued and now Chrysler recommends something else. Okay I don’t understand exactly how all that works or happened but okay. So I figured just call AutoZone, Oreilly or Napa they’ll know right? Wrong. I call four different places and I get three different answers of which type of fluid to put in my jeep.Okay I’ll call garages or transmission places they’ll know. Wrong. Same results. So now I’m calling Chrysler Jeep dealers I try two different ones with know help what so ever one guy actual sounds just frustrated as hell like I’m ruining his day but then it happened. I called the Oxmoor Jeep dealership in Louisville Ky. I don’t know this place never been there I couldn’t tell you nothing about this place. I called and asked for service dept and a man named Kevin Z. answered the phone and answered my prayer. Kevin went far and beyond his way to help with my problem and keep in mind I didn’t buy a car here or was getting service done on vehicle I’ve never met this guy. He couldn’t find the answer at first when he was checking on what kind of fluid my old jeep would take but this is what he says to me “ We’ll Mr.Johnson I don’t see it right now but I won’t get off this telephone with you until have an answer for you I promise.” I was stunned it was unbelievable! Folks I think most you know how hard it is nowadays to find that kind of help ANYWHERE! Sure enough Kevin stayed past quitting time to finally get my answer he even found the newly recommended page straight out of the Chrysler computer and emailed it to me. Thanks Kevin. I wish there were more like you in world buddy you have great attitude and certain kind of style that not to many have these days and if the rest of the staff at Oxmmor Chrysler Jeep in Louisville Kentucky is anything like Kevin this is definitely the right place to buy a vehicle. Thank you again Oxmoor Jeep and Kevin good luck and don’t lose that attitude man thanks again.

I needed to get a regular 5,000 mile service assessment on my Dodge Ram 1500, and this dealership got me in the next morning. Lucky me or great service, I'd say both. Soon as I pulled in a tad bit earlier than my appointment, I was welcomed with by Tasha H I think. Amanda was who kindly got my appointment set up. Both were very sweet and have good energy, positivity, and nicely mannered. Tabatha got my information and we had a nice interaction, and then I went into the dealership to wait in their sitting area. I remember the check out woman from prior visits, she is super cool, down to earth, funny, and a total sweetheart. Said hi to her and then went to the showroom to check out the new 2026 Challenger and other model vehicles. I was greeted by a gentleman at the desk by a funny joke, he was cool and helpful on a couple questions I had about one specific vehicle. After a good interaction with that gentleman, hate that I don't know everyone's names, they do deserve some praise and recognition for their hospitality, customer service, professionalism, and for being easy going to talk to. I went back to the sitting are for customers, and waited maybe a good 20-30 mins maybe, and I heard my name called. Just like that, I was checking out, the wasn't too bad but I didn't like how the dealership manager, or dealership itself, cancelled their once oil change packages. That was a no bueno when I returned because I came for an oil change and I was no longer able to receive that. Made me want to change my own oil I'm not going to lie. But I'll be back, I enjoy the service, the employees are professional, welcoming, easy to talk to, and makes my service appointments more enjoyable. So I gave them a 5 star review but probably should've gave them a 4 start because they took away the oil change packages which I need. That's my experience and I'm a real customer, and not an employee. I work at Ford 🥴 Be kind to yourself and others, make life beautiful for yourself and others, protect your peace and violence, hate, should never take over your heart and those are not your purpose. went to the dealership to check out a vehicle I had researched on line. Mr Nate Johnson took us to the remote sight where the vehicle was stored and showed us around it.
