Joshua introduced himself, I explained that I had scheduled an oil change but would like the recalls on the vehicle to be taken care of as well. He stated no problem, asked me if I was leaving or waiting in the lobby for the vehicle. He had me in and out in less than 1 1/2 hrs. - In my opinion, he went above and beyond in keeping me informed and getting the job done as efficiently as he could. I cannot state how quickly the negotiation process went online. The responses were quick, and I the price settled upon was fair. I Took my vehicle there to diagnose the cause of oil leak. Benjamin and his staff assessed the vehicle and identified the cause of the oil leak. When I had my oil changed at Commonwealth Dodge on Preston, they had not tighten the oil filter tight enough, therefore oil began to leak from the filter. They tighten the filter and cleaned up the residue. They charged me a diagnostic fee. They suggested that I notify commonwealth Dodge to see if yeh would pay for the test and or oil change because I lost so much oil during the leak. Commonwealth ...

He made a very difficult situation easier to deal with and explained what was happening. My bumper to bumper warranty I had bought at this dealership was not as promised.
